Deadlines for special certifications

In order to process conversions, mergers, capital increases and contributions in kind with a balance sheet date of 31 December 2025 in a timely manner and without delay, we require all relevant information and documentation by 12 June 2026 at the latest. Only upon receipt of complete documents within this deadline can we ensure the processing, any necessary notarisation and submission to the Commercial Register are carried out on time (by 30 June 2026). Please also confirm the availability of your auditor at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
