We've been particularly excited about this update. Release 14.0 brings an optimised user interface with intelligent AI checks. Entries in the commercial register are now even easier.
New layout and optimized user guidance
Our CR services have been comprehensively revised and expanded:
Simple process selection When you start, you directly choose between incorporation, mutation and liquidation.
Completely redesigned retrieval of existing data Thanks to our database connection to all data recorded in the commercial register, you still only need to enter the changes themselves. However, we have made both the retrieval and the presentation of the data clearer and integrated them more closely with the process selection.
New selection includes all legal forms You can now submit requests for all legal forms via the web app (e.g., associations, foundations, general partnerships).
Price display The applicable costs are displayed transparently during data entry, replacing the previous price list. Our prices remain unchanged.
AI checks
At numerous points in the process, you will now be supported by AI checks. These checks...
identify potential errors while data is being entered.

The AI checks were tested internally for six months and are now available to all users.
