Deadlines for special certifications

Balance sheet date 31.12.2024: To ensure that transformations, capital increases, mergers, and contributions in kind with a balance sheet date of December 31, 2024 can be prepared in time, notarized if necessary, and submitted to the commercial register, all required information and documents must be received by firm-it no later than June 10, 2025 (Commercial Register Office deadline: June 30, 2025). Please also clarify the auditor's availability at an early stage. Thank you.
